I made an extra batch of those cinnamon rolls that we ate on Christmas morning, and tucked this tray in the back of the freezer. I pulled the tray out of the freezer last night; they didn’t get that one hour rise on the counter at room temperature this morning, due to our mad rush. No one noticed. They were perfect for that first morning hitting the routine after our long break.
The cinnamon rolls disappeared as quickly as the kids at my table this morning.
