8 Things I know

I know I said I was going to wait until next week — but there are certain people I want to tag, before someone else gets to their brilliant minds first. So here is Shelly’s, 8 Things I know meme, started by Damien at Riley Central.
- If you can’t decide — you don’t have the answer yet. Sit still until the answer comes.
- You can have anything you desire, if you operate from a state of being instead of having.
- The only thing we need to motivate us is passion. If we have that, no one needs to tell us what the right thing to do is — we’ll know.
- A ten-minute power nap in the afternoon is essential.
- You can do anything for 15 minutes. Break things down into 15 minute chunks. Stop when the time is up.
- Everything always comes out in the wash — only metaphysically speaking. The truth always comes out.
- Always pour boiling water over the tea leaves.
- If you want to know where you’ll be tomorrow — look at what you’re doing today.

Especially as I decide whether or not to leave the job I’ve had for ten years now for a new job that is very much what I’d LOVE to be doing!
I like your 15 minute rule and of course boiling water on tea leaves as if there should ever be anothe way…lol!
I agree about the naps. Napping has saved my life now that I am in my forties.
I love #1. Very Tao….it’s really so hard to be still, and not react in the moment. This is the discipline that I strive to master.
