My Christmas miracle? I guess that will happen when I get all my gifts wrapped! Great ku!
Great haiku…very heartfelt.
Greatest miracle? Easy one there…..having my husband home BEFORE Christmas after a 15 month deployment.
Thanks for visiting my blog!
that’s amazing! what a great thing to have happened!
So beautiful. And so comforting.
Our moms are always here with us on so many levels.
Did you read Tuesdays with Morrie yet Susie?
Gorgeous poem. I’m so glad for the comfort there, Susie.
I’ve just written a post about one Xmas miracle…
Nope, Shannon. It was actually on the shelf in the library yesterday when I was looking for an audio book. It was the audio version, and I still passed it by. Not brave enough yet. I went for R is for Ricochet instead!
You’ve made me cry.
Oh that was lovely. I sighed after I read it - so I know it was good.
Happy Christmas

Pass the tissues. That was awesome. What a tribute to your Mom. You are so right, we are never alone.
beautifully written
Just when you needed a little pick me up. She’s certainly keeping her eye on you.
Wow that was sincerely beautiful! What a powerful tribute.
This is the best haiku I have ever read. God bless you as you miss your mother and hold her memory close to your heart.
In the chill, cookies
Warm my heart
Calm my soul.
Divine.
Beautiful haiku. I am sure your mother lives on in such love and beauty.
Your mother’s handwritten recipes brought tears to my eyes. We made my grandmother’s gingerbread men yesterday — a tradition we’ve always had and memories of her were shared and so she stays alive with us in that way.
Just beautiful.
