The Blizzard of 2008

At 11:31 p.m., all is visible.

By morning, they say, we’ll have 12 more inches of snow. I have a feeling that these items won’t appear in the pictures I take in the morning. If we still have power, I’ll let you know.

The snow started at 9:30 a.m. this morning. And hour and a half too late to have an official no-school snow day. Expected to get a call, “any minute” from the school saying school was cancelled, but yet, it never came. So, at noon, in conditions that looked like Blizzard Weather to me, I was trekking my kindergartner off to school.  More to come, from the Blizzard of 2008.

Note to you all: if you have e-mailed me or come here to leave a comment, please forgive me - I am completely overwhelmed now that school has started, and I have begun writing for dollars. I read everything, but sometimes have no time to respond, or visit you via my reader. Please know that I so appreciate your presence.
