Yoga has always been my work-out of choice. As a busy mom, my schedule has never granted me the luxury of keeping a daily set time at a yoga studio, — so I do yoga, at least once a day, via the MP3 routines I’ve downloaded to my phone. 
My “studio” is on the third floor — quiet and a zone my kids rarely enter. Peace, and serentiy, in a house full of four boys is a rare luxury, that can find there.

I just had my second child, and am trying to get back into running. Gave myself a goal of running a half marathon in October.
I’ll be briskly walking my neighborhood with my family on summer evenings and doing more family bike ride now that the weather is balmy.

I walk intervals on my treadmil every other day. I decided in January to walk a 5K each month and it’s working out well. I also do Walk Away The Pounds dvd. I feel so much better than before and have lost a few pounds, too.
We do cardio exercises three times a week in a room we have especially devoted to our exercise gear. Our fitness goals are to stay healthy and in good shape now and in all years to follow. Thank you for hosting this giveaway.

I ahve a short commute to work which I usually do by car. This week my car was in the shop for two days so I walked to work each day and returned home the same way. I’m going to continue doing this extra walking as part of my Get Into The Move Challenge. Its better for me and better for the environment.

My main activities are moving blocks and dirt to build a raised bed in my yard, weeding in the yard and helping a friend move books to her new bookstore
We have a pool at our condo complex and there is a small group of us that do our water aerobics 4 evenings a week.

I have been getting a lot more excercise this summer because I have been waking up 2 or 3 days a week before work to work out. I used to say I’d go after work, but I usually didn’t since I was tired from working all day.

My preferred activity is walking BUT here in Florida it is almost impossible during the summer so I alternate with the elliptical trainer at the gym. My goal is to get one hour of exercise five days a week, six would be ideal, but I’m holding myself to five.

I want to start back walking 30 minutes/day minimum. I need to lose at least 40lbs. and walking usually works wonders for me!
