Here’s a list of common grocery staple items, sorted by grocery store department. There are blanks to add extra items. Print this list, or e-mail me and I will send this as a word attachment, or retype to suit your own shopping style. Slide the pages into Sheet Protectors, and keep this in your kitchen, with a Dry Erase Marker
. Circle what you need, as you go through the week. Right before you run out to the grocery store, take a second to scan the list to make sure you’ve got all you need, and circle all those things that are running low. Take the list to the grocery store, and shop by department on the list. When you get home, clean off the list and start over.
